​We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to all new customers on the initial Setup Fee for Starter Plan (Website) Only

​Refund Period Duration: 30 calendar days.

​Start Date of Refund Period: The 30-day period begins on the date the client submits the completed website questionnaire to IDES.

​Initial Payment: The one-time Setup Fee is paid upfront to commence website development.

​Deadline: After the 30-day Refund Period has expired, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

​Extension of Refund Period: If IDES fails to deliver your completed website within 7–14 days of your questionnaire submission, the Refund Period shall be extended by the total number of days the delivery was delayed.

​Refund Amount: Full Refund of the Setup Fee paid.

​Domain Name Deduction: If a custom domain name was purchased by IDES for you, its non-recoverable cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

​Refund Period Duration: 30 calendar days.

​Start Date of Refund Period: The 30-day period begins on the launch date of the automation package.

​Setup Fee Status: The initial Setup Fee paid for Automation Packages is strictly non-refundable, as it covers the immediate labor and technical costs of configuration and deployment.

​Other Refundable Amounts: Any other refundable amounts (if applicable, such as prepaid monthly service fees) remain subject to the 30-day eligibility period established above.

​Defining the Automation Package "Launch Date"

​For the purposes of the 30-day money-back guarantee, the "Launch Date" is explicitly defined as the earliest of the following events:

​The date IDES provides the client with the necessary integration code (e.g., a tracking script) to be placed on their existing website.

​The date IDES successfully deploys the automated chat tool and confirms it is visibly active on the client's website.

​The date IDES confirms the automated chat solution is live and connected to any designated social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Messenger).
